    This program offers comprehensive support with bi-weekly check-in consultations. It ensures you receive personalised guidance, motivation, and accountability necessary for revitalising your health, reclaiming your life, and rediscovering vitality.

    Up to 75-Minute Initial Consultation:

    Thorough assessment of your health concerns, dietary habits, and lifestyle from a pre-consultation intake questionnaire.

    Personalised Written Plan:

    Receive a detailed plan encompassing diet recommendations, nutrition guidance, supplement suggestions, and lifestyle advice tailored to your specific health needs.

    Five (5) 30-Minute Online Check-in sessions every 2 weeks

    One (1) 45-minute mid-point review session around week 6 or 7.

    Interim check-in session designed to review progress between appointments, where we can assess what's effective and identify areas needing additional support, either online or in-person. An updated personalised written plan may be provided after this session as needed.

    Nine (9) 30-Minute weekly check ins s starting week 3:

    One (1) 45-Minute mid-point review around week 6 or 7

  • Once a plan is completed, you have the flexibility to add additional appointments as a pay-as-you-go option. These can be either:

For more complex cases, it's important to note that this timeframe can be extended beyond the initial 12 weeks.
