Back in October I was really struggling with symptoms of menopause and utterly lacking in energy, which is why I decided to book in with Esther to get some support, then just before our first session I also found out that my blood sugar level was out of the healthy range and I was told I was pre-diabetic – which came as a shock, as I hadn’t thought my diet or lifestyle was that bad.
Working with Esther over the past few months has been transformational for me and I have so appreciated her guidance and support. She really listened to me and provided detailed and tailored protocols to help me make the tweaks I needed to make to my diet and lifestyle that have made all the difference. Within 3 months my blood sugar levels came down 3 points and I was back within a healthy range. I also lost weight, but most importantly I have established good habits and I now have so much more energy than I had before – I literally feel like a different person.

I reached out to Esther for support because my IBS symptoms were starting to take over my life. I was constantly bloated – to the point where I looked six months pregnant most days – and I never knew what kind of day I was going to have in terms of the bathroom. It was frustrating, uncomfortable, and really knocked my confidence. I didn’t feel in control of my body, and it was beginning to affect my work and general wellbeing.
Before we started working together, I’d already tried cutting out loads of foods based on an online food intolerance test. I’d ended up with a really restricted diet but wasn’t actually feeling any better – if anything, I felt more anxious around food and still had all the same symptoms.
Over 12 weeks, we worked together on a plan that focused on supporting my gut with the right foods, rather than just eliminating things. We also looked at my sleep and stress levels, which I hadn’t really considered before but turned out to be a big part of the picture. Having regular check-ins made a huge difference – it gave me structure and reassurance, and helped me feel more in control.
Gradually, things started to shift. The bloating reduced, my digestion became more predictable, and I began to feel like myself again. I was even able to reintroduce some of the foods I thought I’d never be able to eat without discomfort. My relationship with food has completely changed – it feels calmer and less stressful.
My family has noticed the difference too – they’ve commented on how much healthier and more at ease I look. I feel more in control now and have the tools to keep things steady. With my symptoms no longer running the show, I have more energy and headspace to focus on my creative work again.

My experience with Esther has been outstanding to-date. She is passionate about what she does and is such a kind-hearted person who genuinely cares about helping people with their nutritional needs or concerns.
I approached Esther for help as a breastfeeding mother. I found that with baby feeding often I could never really satisfy my hunger and because I was so busy tending to babies needs I had very little time to prioritise my own. Sound familiar?
Esther met with me to discuss ways of incorporating meal plans and snacks into my daily routine that were not only highly nutritious but which kept hunger at bay for longer. I really loved the breakfast ideas she gave me which incorporated protein and other nutrients as opposed to sugar based foods which were giving me a short peak but then a crash of energy.
Esther has also recently provided me with advice on vitamin intake and I am really looking forward to trying the vitamins she has suggested. Back in early 2024, I had issues with energy and weight loss. I was already on intermittent fasting, but somehow I felt sleepy between 2-4 pm and I had issues with flatulence.
